She Beads has donated over $6,200

Beginning with Sandy Rueve's sadness from the incredible destruction of Hurricane Sandy,the idea for a donation bracelet was started. Sandy, owner and founder of She Beads, felt a responsibility for the hurricane since it was associated with her first name. Immediately she gathered resources to create the first Sandy Relief Bracelet (pictured right). Within only a few hours all the bracelets were sold out and She Beads happily donated $1,518 to Hurricane Sandy Relief Foundation (sandyrelief.org).

After receiving the donation and impressed by the rapid response, HSRF decided to partner with She Beads & HE Beads with a brand new design: Together We are Strong bracelet.
