We would be happy to repair your She/He Beads item. If you are in need of a re-string, please follow the instructions below:

1. Ship your item(s) to 821 Ridge Road, Wilmette, Illinois  60091.

2. Please include a check (payable to She Beads) for $11.00. The re-string fee is $4.00 (per item) plus a $7 Priority Mail flat fee.

3. DO NOT forget to include your name, phone number, and shipping address.
