The Diva Program came about as a response for the need to empower women, more precisely, women outside the realm of work-a-day, corporate America.  Stay-at-home and working MOMS alike know the potential struggles that surround providing for their families, just as Sandy has experienced.  By creating the Diva Program, She Beads would potentially enable women everywhere the means to economically improve the quality of their lives.

Simply put, the Diva Program allowed a 'Diva' (the name Sandy chose to call the stay-at-home sales force) to purchase She Beads at a discounted price, for resale at home parties, craft fairs and similar venues.  This in turn would allow a Diva to earn supplemental income. "A few extra dollars meant I was able to buy a lipstick, or maybe have a night out with my girlfriends," says Sandy.  The program quickly grew to include over 150 Diva's nationwide at the height of its history.  Changing economic times and company down-sizing forced the program into a period of dormancy until the Spring of 2009.  The obsolete Diva Program then became Andrew's 'Pet Project.' He decided it was time to reinstate and rebuild the program that had once done so well for so many.  Today's Diva Program also boasts an equal opportunity policy and has since signed on its first DEVO into the program.
